About Us

Parker Grissom joined Beeker Property Group as a Property Manager in 2017. Parker is responsible for overseeing 350 multifamily units and 130,000 square feet of commercial retail space. Parker has a strong commitment towards improving the conditions of the properties while also implementing cost-saving approaches and delivering superior returns to owners and investors.

Mr. Grissom is a graduate of Auburn University where he received his bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management from the Harbert School of Business. He currently holds the ARM (Accredited Resident Manager) accreditation from IREM and is currently working to become a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Parker was chosen to serve on the 2020 Next Generation Advisory Board for IREM.

Parker grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, and now resides in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, with his wife, Katie. He enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and their two dogs, Maggie and Lemmy.

Trey Oates joined Beeker Property Group as a Property Manager in 2018. He is a valuable member of our property management team. Trey is responsible for managing and leasing over 350 multifamily units, warehouses and commercial retail space. Trey has a deep understanding of managing every type of asset class in the real estate industry.

Trey attended West Alabama where he studied Mathematics and is currently acquiring his Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Trey was raised in York, Alabama and now resides in Northport, Alabama with his wife Emily. Trey and Emily love anything and everything outdoors.

Peyton joined Beeker Properties in mid 2018. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Beeker Properties maintenance team. Peyton focuses on making sure our residents are satisfied and happy with the conditions of their home.

Peyton grew up in Demopolis, Alabama. He played football at Mississippi College. In his spare time he enjoys Alabama football and Tuscaloosa nightlife.
