    A: Yes we have direct deposit capabilities.
  • Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    A: You will have access to see all your tenant’s leases.
  • Q: Do you sell real estate too?

    A: Yes we do. We buy, sell, manage, and assist in all real estate transactions. We are truly a full service company!
  • Q: How and when do I get my checks?

    A: We solely direct deposit in your checking account.
  • Q: How is rent collection handled?

    A: Rent is due on the 1st and late after the 5th. Residents can pay via online or retail cash.
  • Q: How long of a lease do you sign?

    A: A minimum of 12 months. Only 6 month leases are allowed in special circumstances.
  • Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    A: Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
  • Q: How soon can you start managing my property?

    A: Within 30 days of executing a PMA
  • Q: What type of properties do you manage?

    A: We specialize in workforce housing apartment communities but we also manage student rentals and single family homes throughout Tuscaloosa and Northport.

    A: A comprehensive report of income and expenses along with documented work orders.
  • Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    A: We hold the security deposit in an escrow account.
